This small south facing London garden is filled with tropical plants, including the fan leaved palm “Trachucarpus fortunai” which is quite happy to go through our cold winters as it can take up to minus 17c. The tall cordylines and fig give a tropical feeling to the garden as do the agapanthus in a variety of white and lavender.   In the shady part of the garden, we have planted Acer japonicas and various ferns amongst herbaceous perennials in a limited colour scheme of orange, white and lavender.
